The eVisa program is only applicable to the holders of ordinary, official, or diplomatic passports that are valid for at least six months from the date of applying for an eVisa. It is not applicable to the holders of emergency, temporary, or other unofficial passports or other travel documents. 

Note: 
1.Türkiye: Only holders of ordinary passports and special passports will be eligible for an eVisa. Eligibility will be adjusted on a rolling basis in accordance with bilateral agreements and the principle of reciprocity.

2.Russia: Only holders of ordinary passports are eligible for an eVisa, effective from July 7, 2026, to July 6, 2027.
