消費爭議流程處理參考 : 國人旅泰期間發生任何消費問題，包括購買商品或服務爭議，可向Office of the Customer Protection Board(消費者保護辦公室)提出申訴、洽詢相關權益及尋求其他協助。
旅遊糾紛可先透過提供中文服務之泰國觀光警察（Tourist Police）處理。觀光警察緊急專線，可由泰國境內直撥1155。若無法經觀光警察合理處置，可向消費者保護辦公室尋求相關資訊及協助，亦可向觀光法庭(專司仲裁觀光糾紛，亦包含在泰遊客之消費糾紛)提出告訴。

性別暴力相關案件處理流程參考 : 受害人可持遭受性暴力圖片、影片或與親眼目睹事件證人至當地警察機關或聯繫提供中文服務之泰國觀光警察專線1155報案，由警察洽性暴力相關組織或由受害人打電話或寫信至性暴力相關組織處理。

受害人亦可循泰國當地法律程序自行提告。
