May my children apply for R.O.C.（Taiwan） passports if I am an R.O.C.（Taiwan） national but I am not married?

If you're a female national, you should acquire the R.O.C.（Taiwan） nationality for your children first. They can then be eligible for R.O.C.（Taiwan） passports.
If you are a male national and the natural mother of your children is a foreigner, they are eligible for R.O.C.（Taiwan） passports after being legally acknowledged by you.

If your children were born after February 10, 1980, and you were a national of the R.O.C.（Taiwan） at the time of their birth, they can apply for R.O.C.（Taiwan） passports.
